ORANGE CHARLOTTE DESSERT 
1 sm. angel food cake
1 env. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. water
1 c. orange juice
2 lemons
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 pt. whipping cream

Dissolve Knox gelatin in 1/4 cup water. Add orange juice, juice from 2 lemons, sugar and the 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil.

Let stand in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Whip cream and fold in orange mixture.

Break up angel food cake into chunks and place in 8 1/2" x 11" Pyrex pan. Pour orange mixture over cake and let stand in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh orange slices if desired. This is a very light. refreshing dessert.
