QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
14 oz. jar pizza sauce
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Cook ground beef until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off pan drippings. Spoon beef into an 8 inch square baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese, covering meat evenly with both. Combine biscuit mix, milk, and eggs; beat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
