6 oz. softened cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
3 1/2 c. drained fruit cocktail (#2 1/2 can)
1/2 c. drained & quartered maraschino cherries
2-3 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
Red food coloring or cherry juice

Mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise; fold in whipped cream. Fold in remaining ingredients until combined. Freeze in individual molds or in a loaf pan. Let stand a few minutes before unmolding. Slice the salad frozen in loaf pan. Serve on a leaf of lettuce.
