DUNKING SAUCE FOR FRIED SHRIMP
OR FISH STICKS
 
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 sm. onion, cut in small pieces
1 cucumber, peeled, if desired, cut in small chunks
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of thyme and cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise (or 1/2 mayonnaise and 1/2 sour cream or 1/2 mayonnaise and 1/2 yogurt)

Combine and whirl in blender (coarse setting) : lemon, onion and cucumber. Place in bowl and add: Worcestershire sauce, thyme and pepper, dry mustard, salt and mayonnaise. Blend thoroughly and chill before serving. NOTE: Can also be served with other prepared fish dishes.
