HELEN'S PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Combine, mix until crumbly. Press into 13 x 9 x 2 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

FILLING:

1 (#1) can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger

Combine and mix well. Pour into baked crust.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Mix well and sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
