VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can French string beans
1 can white shoe peg corn
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper
1 can cream of celery soup

Mix all and place in casserole.

Topping: Crumble 1/2 box Ritz crackers. Mix with 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 cup slivered almonds. Place topping over vegetable mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8-10.
