CREAMY CRUNCHY APPLE PIE 
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. apple pie filling
1/3 c. flour
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Combine the first 6 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour in pie shell. Mix remaining and pour on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees, bake 50 minutes longer.
