TEXAS TACOS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2-1 whole chopped onion
1 c. ketchup
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

TORTILLAS:

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. corn meal
2 tbsp. butter

To make filling: Brown hamburger 5 minutes. Drain and stir in rest of filling ingredients. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes.

To make tortillas: While filling is simmering make tortillas. Beat eggs and milk until blended and smooth. Stir in rest of ingredients and beat until smooth. Heat and lightly grease frying pan. Pour in about 1/4 cup batter at a time and tilt pan quickly to make the tortillas a very large thin circle. Turn when lightly brown.
