RED, WHITE AND BLUEBERRY DELIGHT 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 c. strawberry yogurt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 pt. sliced fresh strawberries
1 c. blueberries

In a bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice and lemon peel. Mix well, then add yogurt, marshmallows and nuts. Spread half of mixture in 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with half of strawberries and blueberries. Cover with remaining mixture. Top with the rest of the fruit. Cover with foil. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before cutting. Makes 15 servings.
