CHICKEN GRAPE SALAD 
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/3 c. mayonnaise (low fat okay)
1/3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Lettuce leaves
Garnishes (opt.)

3 ounces slivered almonds, toasted; 2 sliced boiled eggs; tomato wedges.

Mix chicken, green pepper, grapes, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper in bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least an hour. To serve, line bowl or platter with lettuce leaves. Add chicken mixture and add almonds to top. Garnish with egg and tomato.

Using low fat mayonnaise and sour cream cuts calories without changing taste noticeably.
