1 qt. lemon sherbet
1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade, concentrate
1 bottle sweet white wine or champagne, chilled

Place sherbet and lemonade concentrate in a large bowl. Slowly blend in wine or champagne until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Punch separates slightly when it stands, so stir before serving.
