SUSAN'S BROWNIES 
2 sticks butter
1 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 well beaten eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter and cocoa. In separate bowl, mix sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla and nuts. Combine mixtures.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325°F.

Topping:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Pour over brownies immediately. Before icing sets, pour nuts over.
