AUNT SUSANS ORANGE ROLLS 
1/3 c. melted Crisco
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 cakes Fleischman yeast
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
3 c. flour

Put milk, sugar and Crisco over a low heat, when lukewarm add yeast and dissolve, then add 1 cup flour, salt and eggs; mix then add rest of flour (total of 4 cups). Mix and refrigerate overnight in greased bowl.

Divide dough into fourths roll out thin, spread with filling roll up like jelly roll, cut into 6 pieces; repeat until all is used. Cover with cloth, let rise until doubled in size in muffin tins (greased). Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 24-30. This dough can be used for all rolls.

ORANGE FILLING:

Juice of rind (grated) of 2 oranges
1/2 stick butter
2/3 c. sugar

Cook slowly until transparent, cool.
