Cook potatoes and slice while hot. Add remaining above ingredients, or add ingredients below, mixed well to hot potatoes. 4 egg yolks, beaten 1/4 c. cream 4 tsp. vinegar Salt and pepper 2 tsp. sugar Parsley and onion
