2 pkgs. lemon gelatin
3 c. hot water
1 (#2) can pineapple (reserve juice)
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
3 bananas, cubed
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Grated Cheddar cheese
Chopped pecans

Dissolve Jello in 3 cups hot water; cool. Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows and nuts. Chill in large flat dish until firm.
