COMPANY JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. lime Jello
3/4 c. hot water
8 oz. Cool whip
1 c. cottage cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well-drained
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add Cool Whip until completely mixed. Add cottage cheese, crushed pineapple and pecans and mix well. Chill in a loaf pan at least 1 hour. Slice and serve on romaine bed. Serves 4 to 6.
