STRAWBERRIES SUPREME 
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 egg yolks
1 (8 oz.) plain yogurt
Cool Whip

Sprinkle strawberries with 1 cup sugar and let stand for 1 hour. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Blend Bisquick and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Pat mixture in bottom of 9 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Beat egg yolks, yogurt, and 1/3 cup sugar. Spread over hot baked layer. Bake for 20 minutes longer. Cool thoroughly. Top with sweetened strawberries. Cut into squares. Garnish with Cool Whip. Makes 9 servings.
