FLORIDA KEY LIME PIE 
1 baked 9" pastry shell
1 can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1/2 c. lime juice
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 c. whipping cream
Sugar to taste
1 tbsp. rum
Cinnamon
9" pie pan

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Prepare and bake pastry shell before you mix filling. Mix condensed milk, lime juice and beaten egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry; gently fold in; pour into baked pastry shell. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve. At serving time top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. Makes 8 servings.
