LEMON VELVET CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello (dry) (3 oz.)
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When cake is done, poke many holes in cake immediately and saturate with: juice of 2 lemons and 2 cups of powdered sugar (mixed).
