BAKED STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
1 1/2-2 c. stuffing
6 double pork chops, split to stuff
1 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. 57 sauce
1/3 c. water
Salt
Pepper

Place stuffed chops, secured with toothpick or string in skillet and brown in shortening. Remove to shallow baking dish. Combine sauce and water. Pour over chops. Cover with foil. Skim fat from sauce after baking for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Then sauce with flour and water mixture. 6 servings, 1 1/2 cups sauce.
