CREME DE MENTHE DESSERT 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. creme de menthe
1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Add boiling water to Jello. Let cool, then add creme de menthe. Allow Jello to set until a very thick syrup. Add small quantity of ice cream and whip. Repeat until the pint of ice cream has been whipped into Jello mixture. Refrigerate. Serves 4-6.
