CRUST FOR QUICHE OR VEGETABLE

RICE CRUST:

1 1/2 c. cooked brown rice
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. basil
1 egg, slightly beaten

Combine ingredients. Press into bottom and sides of greased 9 inch pie plate. Use any quiche filling.
