TACO DELIGHT 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. crushed nacho chips
1 (16 oz.) can Luch's pinto beans
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion. Stir in taco seasoning and 1 cup water, simmer 3-4 minutes, set aside. Place crushed chips in an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Layer pinto beans, then ground meat mixture over chips top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with diced fresh tomato, sour cream, mild Picante sauce, and ripe olives.
