SPECIAL K BARS 
1/2 c. white syrup
1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
3 1/2 c. Special K
1 pkg. chocolate chips (6 oz.)
1 (6 oz. pkg.) butterscotch chips

Heat sugar and syrup enough to dissolve. Do not boil. Add peanut butter. Pour over 3 1/2 cups Special K. Pat in 9 x 12 buttered pan. Melt 1 package chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Spread over top. Cut in squares while warm.
