POTS DE CREME (FRANCE) | |
3/4 c. milk 1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate bits 1 egg 2 tbsp. sugar Heat the milk just to a boiling point. Place all the other ingredients in the blender and add the hot milk. Blend at low speed for one minute. Pour into six-eight small cups and chill for several hours. (Fill cups about half full, since the pots de creme is very rich). Serve with ice cream or whipped cream. |
