POTS DE CREME 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. instant coffee
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. milk, brought to scalding

In a blender, blend egg, vanilla, salt, instant coffee granules and butter. Bring milk to scalding. Pour into egg mixture, at same time add chocolate chips. Blend until smooth. Pour into Pots de creme cups or demitasse' cups. Serves 4 or 5. Chill 3 to 4 hours before serving. Top with fresh whipped cream.
