POTS DE CREME 
1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. milk, scalded
1 lg. egg
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. brandy

Put scalded milk and other ingredients in blender. Blend at low speed 1 minute. Pour into small bowls. Chill 4 hours to set. Serve with whipped cream. This recipe does not double well. Grown ups love it. Kids don't!
