SHERRY'S LO-FAT CHILI CON CARNE | |
1/2 lb ground turkey breast 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1 (16 oz can) tomatoes 1 (8 oz can) tomato sauce 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. chili powder dash red pepper flakes 1 (8 oz can) red kidney beans Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, set over medium-high heat, brown ground turkey. Add onions and bell peppers until cooked through. Drain off any fat. Stir in remaining ingredients, except beans. Heat to boil, reduce heat, cook 30 minutes. Add beans, cook 10 minutes.
