DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. cheddar, shredded 3/4 c. bisquick 1 1/2 c. milk 3 eggs 2 tomatoes, sliced 6 slices bacon cooked crisp Cook beef and onion in skillet until beef is brown, drain. Stir in pepper. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Beat milk, eggs and baking mix by hand until nearly smooth, pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with tomatoes, cheese and bacon, bake 5 to 8 minutes more or until knife in center comes out clean. Cool about 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
