STRAWBERRY PIE (BOYSENBERRY OR
BLACKBERRY)
 
Bake pie shell. Takes 2 boxes of berries to a pie; wash, stem and drain one box. Leave whole to be put in pie shell after they have drained well. Wash and stem second box. Place in pan, mash with potato masher, bring to a boil.

Mix together 1 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons corn starch. Stir into boiling berries, cook for 10 minutes or until thick. Cool before adding to berries in pie crust.
