1 1/4 c. sugar 1 gallon strong coffee 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened 1 pt. chocolate ice cream, softened Stir sugar into hot coffee; chill thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream and ice cream just before serving. Yield: about 5 quarts. | |
