Use oblong glass dish. Flour, season and put steaks in dish. (Use 1/3 cup flour and roll steaks in flour.) Any flour left over pour on steaks. Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup instant bouillon, 1/3 cup hot water. Mix and pour over steaks. Then pour onion mix over that. Cover with plastic wrap and put on high for 5 minutes. Turn dish and reduce power to medium low for 30 minutes. Take out, turn steaks over. Recover and put back in microwave on medium low for 25 minutes. Let stand while, then serve.
