ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix Supreme
1/4 c. water
3 eggs
Rocky road Topping (below)

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of oblong pan. Blend brownie mix, chocolate flavor syrup, water and eggs with spoon. Spread in pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Spread Rocky Road Topping evenly over brownies.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into bars about 2 x 1 1/2 inches. Store covered in refrigerator. Makes 32 bars.

ROCKY ROAD TOPPING:

1 bar (4 oz.) semi-sweet cooking chocolate
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup salted peanuts

Heat chocolate and butter in 3 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and egg. Beat until smooth. Stir in marshmallows and peanuts.
