CRAB MOLD 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 oz. env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely chopped onion

Heat the soup, cream cheese, and gelatin. Beat with whisk until smooth; do not boil. Allow to cool. Add the crab, mayonnaise, celery, and onion; mix well. Pour into a mold and chill for 6 to 24 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
