POTATO SOUP | |
5 med. potatoes, cubed 1 can cream of chicken soup Salt and pepper to taste Milk Cheese Make this to suit your fancy. Cube potatoes and boil until tender; drain off water. Add milk, soup, salt and pepper. Add the milk according to how thick you want your soup. Add cheese (I use 1/3 to 1/2 block of Velveeta). Chopped broccoli is a nice addition for taste and color. |
