2 boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Graham crackers
Chocolate icing

FIRST LAYER: Layer graham crackers whole in a rectangular cake pan.

SECOND LAYER: Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip until smooth; spread over graham crackers.

THIRD LAYER: Mix chocolate pudding according to directions on box. Pour over this third layer.

FOURTH LAYER: Spread Chocolate Icing over top.
