LASAGNA 
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes
2 cans pizza sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 sm. container cottage cheese
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and onions in large frying pan. Pour off drippings. Add tomatoes, pizza sauce, salt, basil, and oregano. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Reserve one cup meat sauce for top of lasagna. Place 1 cup sauce in bottom of greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with half of noodles, half of remaining meat sauce, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Repeat with remaining noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese, and Mozzarella. Pour the reserved cup of meat sauce on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be made a day early. Batter the day after.
