"LASAGNE" 
1 lb. ground beef or sausage, browned & drained
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 jar spaghetti or pizza sauce
9 lasagne noodles

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and cool.

In large flat baking dish, place 3 cooked lasagne noodles. Spoon a generous layer of spaghetti sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with mushrooms. Cover with layer of ground beef and then one-third of the cheese. Repeat with lasagne noodles, sauce, mushrooms, beef and cheese twice more. Cover with foil and place in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
