MOMMA'S TOMATO AND OKRA 
2 tsp. shortening
2 c. okra, sliced (16 oz.)
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Accent seasoning
1 med. finely chopped onion
2 lg. peeled tomatoes

Put okra in oil and let it cook for about 5 minutes, until tender. Then add your tomatoes and onion. Saute for 20 minutes or until tender. 6 servings.
