PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
4 med. size pork chops 3 carrots 3 celery stalks 2 onions 2 potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup Place pork chops in a single layer on the bottom of a 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Cut up carrots and celery into 3/4 inch pieces and cut onions into chunks then place over pork chops. Cover entire top with sliced potatoes and pour soup over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
