ORANGE & PEAR MARMALADE 
14 hard cooking pears
3 oranges
2 lemons
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
Sugar

Peel and grind fruit. Add pineapple juice and all. Measure fruit and use equal amount of sugar. Mix, bring to a boil and boil 25 minutes. Pour in sterile jars and seal. Makes 12 1/2 pints.
