25-28 Oreo's, crumbled
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, and milk. Whip together. Fold in whipped topping. Put Oreo's in cake pan. Pour mixture over Oreo's. Top with nuts and freeze.
