HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes, boiled
1 onion, chopped
8 slices bacon, crisp and broken up
4 tbsp. bacon fat
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1-2 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water

Slice or cube potatoes, add onion and bacon. Combine remaining ingredients and cook until thickened.

Pour sauce over potatoes, onion, and bacon. Serve warm or chilled.
