TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1/2 pkg. wide homestyle Pennsylvania Dutch noodles 2 cans tuna fish in spring water or oil 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. onions, chopped 1 c. peas, frozen 1 c. mixed with frozen corn & sliced fresh mushrooms 1/4 c. bread crumbs 2 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. milk Prepare noodles according to directions. Mix all ingredients together except last two. Slice up butter and lay on top of casserole. Add milk to mixture if a bit dry. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until starts to bubble. |
