TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) can tuna
1 c. cooked rice
1 can corn
1 can peas
2 eggs
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Mix all ingredients except cheese and boiled eggs together. Place in a greased casserole dish. Place sliced eggs on top. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until brown.
