HOT SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice = 1 1/2 c. water + 1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
1 can white meat tuna
1 can deveined shrimp
1 can crab meat
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. diced celery and 1/2 c. diced onion (simmer short time and drain
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients, put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate until ready.

TOPPING:

1 c. corn flake crumbs
1 c. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. butter

Saute corn flake crumbs and almonds in butter. Put on top and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
