FRENCH PANCAKES 
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Beat eggs. Add the salt. Add flour slowly, beating while adding. Add milk and melted butter. Pour a small amount into round greased skillet, tipping skillet to spread thinly over bottom. Pancake will cook quickly. Turn when golden. These are very thin pancakes some times called "crepes". Lightly sprinkle with sugar adding a few sprinkles of lemon juice. Roll them up and eat them. Of course syrup, jelly or powdered sugar is also good on them.
