QUICK BROCCOLI - CHEESE SOUP 
Saute a few onion slices with chopped celery. Add 1 package chopped frozen broccoli, cooked as per instructions (don't over cook), drain. Add celery salt and garlic powder to taste. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 of 1 pound package Velveeta cheese, 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup white wine. Thin with milk, if desired. Serve with fruit salad and French bread.
