STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1/4 c. powdered strawberry Jello
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. cold water
1 baked pie crust

Combine Jello, cornstarch and sugar. Add water and slowly mix well. Cook over medium heat. Stir until slightly thickened and clear. Cool until lukewarm. Cover bottom of baked pie shell with 1 cup of the glaze. Place fresh berries in shell. Cover with remaining glaze and chill. Garnish with whipped cream.
