TUNA BBQ 
6 oz. canned tuna (drained)
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 green pepper, medium (chopped)
2 sticks celery (chopped)
1 tbsp. onion (chopped)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash chili powder
Hot sauce
6 or 7 tsp. sugar or sweetener

Combine and cook until thoroughly cooked on medium heat. Serves 4. Low calorie.
